We accept returns only for orders that have been shipped to and delivered within India. If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Please note that we can only accept returns of products that are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Returns accepted for damaged and wrong product delivered only. Unboxing video required for return eligibility.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Record the unboxing: While opening the package, please record a video of the entire process. Make sure the packaging, seals, and any protective materials are clearly visible in the video.

Showcase the product:  Display the product from various angles in the video, highlighting its condition, included accessories, and any accompanying documentation. This helps us confirm that the item is in its original state.

Check for damage product:  Thoroughly inspect the product for damage product Capture any issues in the video to support your claim.

Keep the video as evidence:  Retain the video file until your return is processed. It serves as crucial evidence for validating your return request.

NOTE:  If you fail to provide the required open box video, we may be unable to accept your return. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is necessary to ensure a fair return process for all parties involved.
